• Parking
• Valet Parking services are available from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm every day. Valet Parking is $34 nightly including tax.
  
• Guarantee/Deposit
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit which will be charged (at the time of booking).
  • Deposit: 1 Night plus tax
  • Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions, see Rate Rules.
    
• Cancellation
  • Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the one night deposit.
  • No Shows are charged 1 night stay plus tax.

• Family Plan
  • Children under the age of 14 not allowed at the hotel. Children over 14 will be charged as an adult.
  • All rooms have one bed only and rollaway beds are not available.
  • Rates include continental breakfast.
    
  • While the hotel does have a cat, he is used to living with our lovely antiques. Unfortunately, for liability reasons, we cannot welcome other animals as guests.
    

Communications Fee
An additional charge of $4.95 will be posted to your room each day to cover your facilities usage. This charge includes all local,long distance, and 800 phone calls within the U.S. and Canada, and business services including computer use, faxing, and printing, as well as high speed wireless access.

The Hotel Maison de Ville has a special rate for those people volunteering to help rebuild our New Orleans. Per night, pricing is $99 on weekdays and $119 on weekends.

To qualify for this rate, you'll need to provide documentation that shows that you are a volunteer with a known charitable organization.
